Our story is simple. John & Angela enjoy craft beer and want to share this passion with you. John crafts the TWBC beers with you in mind...clean, crisp, easy drinking beer in different styles for various palates.

The Burgesses opened TWBC in September 2017 in the building adjacent

to their other businesses, The Washington Winery and

A&M Wine & Beer Supplies. 

In 2021, they expanded and obtained their license to distill spirits.

Burgess & Burgess Distillery. In December 2025,

1802 opened in Canonsburg. 1802 is a new concept:

A ridiculously different cocktail bar. Different, because

we make all of the beer, wine & spirits that we serve!
